We continue to assist clients who have a plot of land and need funding to undertake a development or to obtain planning permission.  The vast majority of banks simply will not consider lending against land.  We strive to think outside the box and have assisted a number of clients realise their development ambitions.  Our approach is very straight forward and we only look at the plot of land itself in the lending decision process.  If the value of the land is sufficient security we will try to offer a loan to bring the project to life.  The contract is very easy to understand with no hidden fees.  Pictured is a recent development in Stratford-upon-Avon we funded where the client was unable to move forward with the bank.
