Private Number Plates
We are one of the few lenders who understand this market and can lend against your cherished plate, all we require is the retention document as security.
Cars & Vehicles
Yorkshire specialise in loans against cars and will consider lending against most vehicles with a trade in ranging approximately £10,000 to £500,000.
To lend against your vehicle we just need initial brief details to put together a loan proposal in principal. Once agreed and the documentation is processed, we can discuss storage options at our modern, clean and gated internal warehouse facility complete with CCTV and 24-hour Police alarm link. We have a passion for cars and their safe storage and maintenance is our priority. We are required to store the vehicle for the duration of the loan as we are unable to offer “log book” loans.
Classic Cars
We will accept loans secured against classic cars and will lend against most vehicles, even restoration projects with a trade value ranging from approximately £20,000 to £500,000.00 and beyond in certain circumstances.
The process from classic cars is the same as other cars requiring details to provide a loan in principal.
Watches & Jewellery
Typical pieces we secure loans against would include luxury watches such as Rolex, Richard Mille or Patek Philipe to name a few. Yorkshire Loan are able to secure loans against most fine jewellery for instance diamond rings, cuff links, gold necklaces or branded jewellery like Cartier Love bands.
The process for all these assets would be the same. To lend money against your watch or jewellery we just need initial brief details to put together a loan proposal in principal. We will arrange for you to bring the piece to us for appraisal or, securely courier to us and we will quickly finalise the loan. The funds will then be express transferred to you, usually on the same day, and your items will be securely stored in our bank vault or safe.
Land & Property
Yorkshire Loan are able to offer extremely competitive unregulated short term bridging loans from £25K upwards secured against Land and also Property that you own, which is not occupied by you and where there is a business purpose for the loan funds, such as a new development or business cash injection.
Our approach, as always, is to offer you the best deal with minimum complications. We do not charge hefty set up, facility and exit fees, just a straight forward very competitive monthly rate starting at 2.5% interest per month. The application process is very straight forward and in essence we can make a decision in principal within 24 hours and proceed to completion in a couple of weeks. We will keep the legal aspect as simple and cost effective as possible and we do not require chapter and verse about your credit history, income and status.
We are only able to offer unregulated loans on a First Charge basis against land and property that is not occupied by the borrower or immediate family.
Fine Art
We can help you to unlock the money in your fine art with a short-term loan against your painting, print or etching for any purpose without a credit check.
While the term “art” includes everything from a Rembrandt etching to a Bob Dylan print, the principles are the same. We take into account the artist, the uniqueness and provenance of the piece, the strength of the attribution, the supply/demand balance and any data we can locate from auction, gallery, and private-sale records to offer you the best loan available.
When your fine art or antique is with us, it is subject to both protection and specialist care, and when you repay your loan in full, we guarantee that we will safely return your piece.
We also work with some auction houses to offer a pre-auction loan, allowing a value to be released on an item that is due to be auctioned in the near future.
Boats
At Yorkshire Loan we specialise in loans against Boats and Yachts and we will consider all boats and yachts with a trade value from £25,000 to £500,000 and beyond in certain circumstances. We can offer loans against boat and yacht brands such as Sunseeker, Chaparral, Beneteau and many more.
Again, we have made the process simple and require brief details to put together a loan in principal.
